Scope of work, deliverables, timelines and monthly retainers are confirmed in writing before a project or package begins. Package inclusions listed on this website are indicative and may be customised.

Advertising spend on platforms such as Meta and Google is separate from our management fees, unless expressly stated otherwise in your proposal.

Timely approvals, brand assets, product or service information and access to required accounts are needed to deliver campaigns on schedule.

We commit to strategy, creative quality, campaign management and transparent reporting. Reach, engagement, lead volume and cost per lead depend on market, budget, competition and offer, and cannot be guaranteed.

Approved creative assets produced for a client may be used by that client for their marketing. FSANDHS Media may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a written confidentiality request is provided.

Monthly retainers are payable in advance and are subject to applicable GST. Work continues on receipt of payment for each billing cycle.
