Refund & Cancellation Policy

Marketing packages are billed monthly in advance. A running month cannot be cancelled once content production or campaign management has started, as resources are already allocated.

You may discontinue services by giving written notice before the next billing cycle. Deliverables already produced or scheduled within the current cycle will be completed.

Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. Where payment has been received for work not yet started, a proportionate refund may be issued after review.

Amounts spent on advertising platforms are paid directly to those platforms and cannot be refunded by FSANDHS Media.

For websites, landing pages and one-time creative projects, advance payments cover strategy and production time and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
